Are you searching for an opportunity with a reputable, established industry leader?  Look no further than Mom365.  We are the leader in newborn photography and we have excellent entry level positions available right now.  We are looking to add outgoing and customer-minded professionals to our Service Center in St. Charles, MO. 


We have immediate, full-time openings in our Customer Service department. Our Customer Service Representatives answer calls from our customers and answer general inquiries and resolve a variety of customer complaints or concerns related to photography orders.  In this role, your main goal is to provide a high level of service and exceed every customer’s expectations.  The ideal candidate must be empathetic, able to listen and communicate effectively, and be able to offer solutions to customers with a courteous and pleasant demeanor.


There is no experience necessary for this position.  We provide paid training.  Our full time employees receive full benefits and this position earns an hourly wage plus a monthly incentive plan for performance and exceeding goals.


  • Provide outstanding customer service to our customers
  • Maintain a courteous and pleasant demeanor while speaking with external and internal customers
  • Maintain a reliable level of attendance
  • Adapt to the needs of each caller in order to satisfy the customer’s complaint
  • Provide a positive customer experience on every call
  • Meet or exceed performance expectations
  • Offers Up-Sells on every call when appropriate
  • Utilize a computer to enter orders and problem solve any customer issues

Minimum Education/Experience:

High school diploma or general education degree (GED).

Persistent but courteous.

Respectful, professional, and caring attitude.

Reliable and conscientious.

Good organizational skills and work habits.

Excellent communication skills.

Possess a sales aptitude
